Adjust the third person camera for infantry to your liking.

Bored of the standard third person view you get for infantry by default? Would you rather have it over-the-shoulder style? Or perhaps even top-down view if you're feeling nostalgic?
No problem, you can adjust the camera position to whatever you desire (how-to).

Installation:

  1. Unpack contents of the ZIP archive into your ARMA 2 installation directory, for example C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2.
  2. Open your current ARMA 2 shortcut's properties and:
  3. Click OK to confirm the changes to the shortcut.

Unistallation:

  1. Go to ARMA 2's directory (Example: C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2).
  2. Delete directory called @dfs_3rdperson.
  3. Go to userconfig directory (still within ARMA 2's root).
  4. Delete directory called dfs_3rdperson.

Configuration:

This addon allows you to modify the camera positions to your liking. In order to do so you have to edit a file called cameraPosition.hpp with a text editor (such as Notepad. This file is located in ARMA 2 dir\userconfig\dfs_3rdperson.
